How to fill Application Form

Incomplete/illegible applications will lead to rejection of applications.

Go through the Notification thoroughly and carefully and fill up the form adhering to the instructions quoted therein. However, the following guidelines will assist to fill up the application form.

Employment Notice No. CEN – ________

Sr.No. 1 of Application form	I). Fill up the category No. and Name of the post applied for compulsorily. II). Leave this column blank of No common applicaiton is called for. (II is applicable only when common applicaitons are called for.)
Sr. No. 2 of Application form	Write the choice of Railway for a particular RRB for a particular Category in the order of your choice/preference.
Sr.No. 3 of Application form	Write your name as mentioned in Matriculation certificate/High School Certificate in capital letters
Sr. No. 4 of Application form	Tick the community to which you belong. Ensure that the same community is filled up wherever it is asked for.
Sr. No. 5 of Application form	Write your Father’s name as mentioned in Matriculation certificate/High School Certificate in capital letters
Sr.No. 6 of Application form	Write the Date of birth as per the Matriculation certificate/High School Certificate or Equivalent certificate.
Sr.No. 7 of application form	Write the age reckoned as prescribed in the Notification The upper age limit and lower age limit, as given in the notification shall be ensured.
Sr. No. 8 of Application form	Indicate any two visible marks, on body, like a mole/scar etc. The column should not be left blank. (If no visible marks, produce medical certificate to that effect.)
Sr. No. 9 of Application form	Write academic/technical qualification duly filling all the details required to be filled in the form.
Sr. No. 10 of Application form	Fill up the full address clearly indicating Village, Street No./House No. Tehsil, District, State as well as PIN CODE.
Sr. No. 11 of Application form	Write the nearest Railway Station from your correspondence address in capital letters.
Left hand thumb impression	Affix your Left Thumb Impression (LTI) in the space provided/specified for it, where the ridges must be clear and legible. LTI should not be blurred/smudged, dark or unreadable; else the application will be rejected.
Signature	Put your full signature in running hand (NOT IN CAPITAL LETTERS) either in English or Hindi at the place specified for it. Signatures must be in same language and must tally. SIGNATURE IN CAPITAL LETTERS WILL RESULT IN REJECTION OF APPLICATION.

How to fill Information Sheet

Incomplete/illegible applications will lead to rejection of applications.

Go through the Notification thoroughly and carefully and fill up the form adhering to the instructions quoted therein. However, the following guidelines will assist to fill up the Information sheet.

Employment Notice No. CEN – _______

Sr.No. 1 of Inf. Sheet	Write your name as mentioned in Matriculation certificate in capital letters.
Sr.No. 2 of Inf. Sheet	Tick the appropriate box for Gender and Marital status.
Sr.No. 3 of Inf. Sheet	Write your Nationality.
Sr.No. 4 of Inf. Sheet	Fill up the full address clearly indicating Village, Street No./House No. Tehsil, District, State as well as PIN CODE.
Sr.No. 5 of Inf. Sheet	Write the details of DD/IPO whatever is attached in the fom of fee. Write the Employment Notice No., Post applied for, Category Number, your name and Postal address on the reverse side of the DD/Front side of IPO in the space provided for it.
Sr.No. 6 of Inf. Sheet	Candidate should put tick mark (√) in the appropriate box provided.
Sr.No. 7 of Inf. Sheet	Candidate should put tick mark (√) in the appropriate box provided.
Sr.No. 8 of Inf. Sheet	Candidates who are Railway/Central/State/PSU employees should fill this. Such candidates should give all the details asked for in the form.
Sr.No. 9 of Inf. Sheet	Candidates who are Ex-Servicemen should fill this clearly giving all the details asked for in the form.
Sr.No.10 of Inf. Sheet	This column should be filled up the candidates who seek age relaxation by ticking appropriate box given.
Sr.No. 11 of Inf. Sheet	Candidate, if debarred, should put tick mark (√) in the appropriate box.
Sr.No. 12 of Inf. Sheet	Candidate should put tick mark (√) in the relevant boxes provided for documents attached along with the application.
Sr.No. 13 of Inf. Sheet	Copy the sample paragraph in the space provided in your own handwriting in running hand. COPYING OF PARAGRAPH IN CAPITAL LETTERS WILL LEAD TO REJECTION. NON COPYING OF PARAGRAPH WILL ALSO LEAD TO REJECTION.
